My Cowgirl

Cassidy had pictures taken at school. I think they turned out really cute. She is my little cowgirl. Although, her shirt is from Halloween (OOPS), these pictures were taken at the beginning of April. I think she would make a great cowgirl. How about you? The way that the picture came across and saved to my computer was smaller than normal, so sorry about that, but you still get the gest of it.

Disney Character Breakfast

While we were in Disney we went to a wonderful character breakfast. Well, that is once we got to where it was going to be. We were at the right resort, but not in the right restaurant. Anyway, after the mix up was finished, we had a wonderful breakfast and then the best part of it all, met some of the characters!

It's all about the bugs

For those who live in the south, you know what time of year it is. For those who don't, it's crawfish season. It is where the art and technique of catching, cooking and eating bugs in the warm summer air begins. And boy do I love me some bugs! Our next door neighbor was cooking some up, and they were amazing. I was playing with my new camera while he was cooking. I got some very interesting shots I wanted to share. What do you think?

I was going crazy...did you come along?

I could give numerous reasons of why I didn't post and should have, but I know it would not make a difference. This past week was crazy, Mike was out of town, I was editing a photo shoot, and dealing with a daughter that was beside herself about her Daddy being gone. Anyway, like I said, I could have given an excuse, oh well, guess I did. So, to move forward, now Mike is home, and life is a lot better. For everyone. Well, we have been busy doing a lot lately. One of the fun things we have recently done was go on a field trip with Cassidy's class. We headed to the Oil Ranch here outside of Houston. It was amazing. There were baby animals that the kids could pet, milking of cows(by the kids), there was a huge playground, a hayride, and many other things. The kids had a blast. Picture books

So I am in the process of editing all of our Disney pictures. I would have thought that I would be done by now, but nope, still working on them. I am planning on making a photo book with them. We will see when it actually gets finished. I have used so many companies to make photo books, and loved most of them, but am trying a new one. Do you make photo books? If so, who do you use? I would love to hear. I am always looking for something new to try. ;-)

Well, I better get to work. I will try to post some more pictures tonight to share with you.

Disney Pictures!!!!

I finally have had a chance to show some of our pictures from Disney's Animal Kingdom. It was amazing there. We really loved Animal Kingdom. Next time we go we are definitely going to spend more time there.

We went to Disneyworld!!!

So, I told everyone to tune in, and honestly, things got a little crazy as we were getting ready for our trip. So for that I am sorry for not posting when I said I would. But, I do have to say we went to Disneyworld in Orlando and had a blast.

We headed out on Saturday, and returned on Wednesday. I wish we would have stayed longer, but we did everything we wanted with the time we had. We spent two and a half days at Magic Kingdom, half a day at Hollywood Studios, half a day at Epcot, and half a day at Animal Kingdom.

We were there with about 50,00 of our closest friends. It got a little crazy a couple of days, but nothing that we couldn't handle. I can safely say with friends advice, and figuring out a few things on our own, I could write a How to do Disney guide. If you need any help planning, or have any questions as you read this blog, leave a comment and I am happy to answer any questions. Believe me, I took the advice of my friends and it was a great help.

I know for a fact we will be headed back. Hopefully, next year Spring Break.
