WOW! What a wonderful but busy weekend. On Friday Mike got home late, but we did make some homemade ice cream in my new gift. I got a Cusinart Ice Cream Maker as my five year gift from work. We got to pick out our gifts ourselves...I am so excited. Not to mention it made GREAT ice cream. On Friday night, and Saturday mid day, we got some much needed housework done. On Saturday morning, the yard work began as well. I mowed the yard, Mike edged, and we did some much needed weeding. Cassidy loved helping her Daddy with trimming bushes. On Saturday afternoon, I got to go have a special treat and get my toes done. I would take a picture, but that would be strange. On Saturday night our friends came over for dinner and the kids played and had a great time. This morning, I got a very special treat, Mike made Cassidy and I french toast. YUMMY! Today I finished off my diaper cake that I am making for a friends shower as well. I hope she likes it. So I guess we had a busy but fun weekend after all. Here are some pics. Hope you like them!
