A Curly Crown

Every now and then I try to do crafts with Cassidy. Whether it is something small, something to wear, or even just a picture. I think that it helps Cassidy's creativity. Anyway, for Christmas, Cassidy got a magazine subscription to a kid's magazine. In it was "A Curly Crown" project. We had a great time making it. What do you think?

It was super easy and took hardly any time at all. Cassidy still loves it even a month later.

You will need construction paper, scissors, tape, pencil, stickers and crayons

1. Fold a piece of construction paper in half. Cut along the fold line. Tape the pieces together. Fold the strip in half.
2. Unfold the strip. Cut slits on one side of the strip up to the fold line.
3. Roll the cut pieces around the pencil. Decorate your crown with stickers or crayons.
**Adult: Cut and tape the ends together for a perfect fit!

Here are some pictures in case the above made no sense.
