I can't believe I have figured out how to start a blog...

OK, ok, so I know that I am knowlegable on the computer, but was not sure if this was going to work. I will upload some pictures to start this off as well this weekend. I can't promise I will update every day, but will try at least a couple of times a week. That is at least if I get this all figured out. So Christmas and New Years were wonderful. It all seems like a whirlwind since about the 2nd week of November. We celebrated Thanksgiving here in Houston with my Aunt and Uncle Ricky, Mom and Garth, and Chris, Kelly, Bailey-Paige and Jacob Lowe. It was wonderful. Very relaxing and I ate way to much. Then we rolled into December, and our feet never stopped moving. Mike had his Office Christmas Party with the Doctors, I had my office party downtown with Huey Lewis and The News, and we had our neighborhood dinner club Christmas party. All were fun (although I think the 2nd two were the most fun!) I didn't go to the first one. Cassidy had a School party and then Anadarko had a Kid's Christmas Party and Santa was there along with dancing elves. (I will post pictures I promise). Cassidy got to meet Santa Clause twice and only took a picture with Mommy in it with her. She had more fun meeting Mrs. Clause than Santa this year and was full of questions to her regarding the reindeer. We made the traditional reindeer food, and waited for Santa to come. Christmas day was quiet at the house as we had just the three of us. the day after Christmas we celebrated with Mike's family, then on that following Saturday, we celebrated with Gammy and Poppa! Boy was that fun! Gammy and Poppa spolied Cassidy as usual, but that is o.k. we don't mind. We spent New Year's Eve at Chris and Kelly Lowe's. That was a lot of fun as well. We did however ring in the New Year as we were driving home with Cassidy crashed out in the backseat. I will post more tomorrow along with some pictures. Take care all!
Shelley
