Where did we go?

So this past weekend we took a trip into the city. We usually don’t do that with our daughter, simply because it is about an hour away, and there is nothing that we can’t get where we live, Except this...



Do you recognize this place? I will give you a hint, it is the world’s first domed sports stadium. Sadly, now it is not used for that. It is empty, and they are trying to figure out what to do with it.

Anyway, back to my story we went into town and saw the place above. We were driving by to another place to see a show that was in town. Here are a couple of hints from where we were.
